Note, Customer Portal report settings can be managed in your Customer Portal Settings. If you have "Make all Inspection Reports visible in the Customer Portal" turned on, reports will show automatically in your portal.
If you would like to publish multiple service reports to the Customer Portal, navigate to the "Work Order" listing screen.
Check off the work orders to publish to the Customer Portal. (Note, Service Reports are only generated for "closed" work orders; thus work orders must be closed in order to be published to the portal.)
Then, click "Publish to Customer Portal."
This will automatically publish the reports to the Customer Portal. And, contacts who have enrolled in the Customer Portal, and are allowed to view Service Reports, will see Service Reports for their building in the portal.
