Note, Customer Portal report settings can be managed in your Customer Portal Settings. If you have "Make all Inspection Reports visible in the Customer Portal" turned on, reports will show automatically in your portal and you will not see the "Public Report" or notification options described below.
A work order must be completed prior to its report appearing in the Customer Portal.
Once a work order is completed, on the Work Order detail screen, if you do not have reports set to automatically appear in the Customer Portal, you will see the option to "Publish" a report.
Once published, status changes to "Published" and you can then to unpublish if needed.
