Technicians have the ability to reset their password on their own. There is a "Forgot Password?" hyperlink on the Inspect Point login screen. Clicking that link will open a web view where the technician can reset their password.
Additionally, the following link can be shared with your technician to reset their password. https://{companycode}.inspectpoint.com/technicians/password/new
**Please replace {companycode} with your company code.
In the event the technician cannot do this, backend users can also reset a technicians password.
