**NOTE - In order to have this alert option, your default answer setting must be set to blank
Once the feature flag has been turned on, the technician submits the inspection by tapping 'Submit to office and mark complete'
If there are blank answers or information, the following pop-up will appear
To submit the inspection with blanks, tap 'Complete Inspection'
To go back to the inspection tab 'Cancel'
