How to create a user added proposal status

Start from the Settings screen, then select Proposal Status under the Proposals section 

Here you will see the default proposal statuses

Select the '+ New Proposal Status' option

Name the status and save 

Repeat the steps outlined above until you've added all desired proposal statuses
