How to Pre-Fill Previous Inspection Information/Results (California)

Please Note: In order to pre-fill existing inspection information, you must be connected to the internet

Once you've completed the first inspection within a series, you have the ability to pre-fill previous information on a California form

Once on the inspection, tap the form that is to be inspected

Before filling out any information, tap the download icon in the upper right of the screen

Select the applicable form followed by 'Fill Form'

* Select the one with the most recent date

Once you tap the 'Fill Form' option, you will see the previous answers populate on the form

Continue with the inspection, and submit as you normally would

When it's time for the next inspection, repeat the process outlined above

*** If you'd like to fill in more than one quarter, you have to select the latest date on the 'Previous Inspections' list (Example: You want to fill out the first two quarters - You'd select the second quarter date from the list)
