Customer Portal (user end)

This article is a brief overview of the customer portal from the user-end, including how to sign up once invited, and the view once registered.

You will receive an email invitation from hello@inspectpoint.com inviting you to join the customer portal.

Click the link within the email to be redirected to the registration page where you create and confirm a password, read and accept the terms of service, and register.

Once registered, you will be directed to your customer portal dashboard where you can click into the various tabs on the navigation bar to view and download the items available to you within the portal.
