How to see the history of a deficiency in the backend

Click the Deficiencies tab on the left sidebar

>>>You will now see the Deficiencies screen

Click the Edit icon to the right of the deficiency

>>>You will now see the Edit Deficiency screen

On the right of the screen you will see the full history of what has happened with the deficiency, such as:

• When it was originally identified and by whom
• If the status has been changed and to what
• If it has been added to a proposal and which one
• If the deficiency was identified again and by whom and when
