What do the different icons mean on the Proposal screen?

To the right of each proposal, you will see upwards of four icons. Here is a breakdown of what each icon represents: 

1) Download Button

Click this button to download a copy of the proposal

2) Email Button

Click this button to email the proposal

3) Edit Button

Click this button to edit the proposal

4) Delete Button

Click this button to delete the proposal
