From the Dashboard screen, click the Buildings tab on the left sidebar
On the Building Listing screen, search, locate, and click the Building name
>>> You will now see the Building Detail screen
Locate and click the Attachments tab on the Building Detail screen
If no attachments are associated with this building, select +New Attachment
Click Choose File to upload the attachment, then give the attachment a name in the Name field
Click the Show in Customer Portal checkbox
Click Update when done
If your attachment is already uploaded, click Edit to the right of the attachment you'd like to mark public
Click the Show on Customer Portal checkbox
Click Update when done
