Preview: 2024 Mobile App Layout Updates
Efficiency and ease of use is a priority when it comes to our technician mobile app.
With that in mind, we’re updating the look and feel of our iOS mobile app. This new update gives technicians helpful information about their daily schedule and makes the app easier to use overall.
We anticipate launching these changes in December. For specific questions about the changes, or timeline, your Customer Success Manager is a great resource!
Here’s a preview of the changes:
- A new home page with a “Priority” section that will call out jobs that are either marked as “priority” in the back-end, are overdue, or have an active timer running.
- This makes it easy to find what’s most important or what’s currently being worked on.
- This is the first page technicians will see when they open the app.
- They can click directly from this page to start or continue an inspection or work order, if desired.
- The “Schedule” page displays their daily schedule, plus helpful details, so techs can quickly understand where they need to be and what they may need for each job.
- They can search this page, toggle to a list or calendar view, view building and visit details, or click to start or continue the job.
- The “Jobs” page is their access point for all of their inspections and work orders. It’s most similar to the original layout, so techs can work from here while they get used to the new look and feel!
