Begin at the Building Detail screen, and click the Inspections tab
Click +New Inspection
>>> If setting up an Inspection Series, click Repeat
>>> If creating a one-time inspection, click One-Time
Set the inspection details (date, time, frequency, tech and what is being inspected)
Once details are set, scroll until you see External Forms
Click Add External Form to this Visit and select from the drop-down the form you would like to add to the inspection
To add additional forms to the inspection, click Add External Form to this Visit again
When done, click Save if creating a one-time inspection, OR click Next to continue the Inspection Series set up
NOTE: If a custom external form is added to an inspection, the form will automatically be added to the final report when generated.
