Deficiencies can be resolved a few ways (backend, inspection, work order) within Inspect Point. This articles outlines the ways to do so in the backend.
From the Deficiencies tab
From the Deficiencies tab on the left side-bar, find the deficiency you're looking to resolve (utilizing the filtering options at the top of the screen helps to narrow down the search), and click the red checkmark icon to the right of the deficiency
From the pop-up ...
- Check the Resolved checkbox
- Set a deficiency status (per NFPA and if applicable)
- Set the Resolution Status (click here if you need to setup)
- Add a Resolution note
- Save
>> Resolved and Save are required to resolve the deficiency, the remaining fields within the pop-up are optional
Once saved, you will be redirected to the Deficiency Listing Screen
Repeat as needed
From the Inspection Detail Screen
From the inspection, scroll toward the bottom of the page until you reach the Reported Deficiencies section, then check the red checkbox on the deficiency you're looking to resolve
From the pop-up ...
- Check the Resolved checkbox
- Set a deficiency status (per NFPA and if applicable)
- Set the Resolution Status (click here if you need to setup)
- Add a Resolution note
- Save
>> Resolved and Save are required to resolve the deficiency, the remaining fields within the pop-up
are optional
Once saved, you will be redirected to the Inspection Detail Screen
Repeat as needed
