Can I save reports to my computer?

Yes.

Reports are simply .pdf documents that can be downloaded from inside Inspect Point. They can be saved to your computer, or easily emailed to your building contact.

To download/save a report, navigate to the Reports listing screen. 

You can view individual reports in a new tab by pressing the grey ‘eye’ icon and then save the report from that tab, or download a report directly to your computer by pressing the green download icon.

To download multiple reports at once, check off the checkbox next to each report you would like to download.

Then, press "Download Selected Reports." Note, you must have pop-ups enabled in your browser to download multiple reports at once.

Also note, due to browser limitations you cannot check off reports on multiple pages and then download them all. You must go page-by-page and check off the reports you'd like to download on that page, press "Download Selected Reports," and so one for each page.
