From the "Scheduled" or "Cancelled" tab screen on the iPad, locate the inspection you'd like to remove/delete from the iPad.
Swipe left on the inspection you'd like to delete. You will now see "Delete" appear as you swipe left.
Click "Delete"
The inspection will now be removed from the iPad and appear in the backend with a status of "Deleted by Technician" if it was previously in the "Scheduled" or "Cancelled" status. However, if an inspection has already been sent back to the office, the status will remain "Waiting for Review" in the backend.
