PLEASE NOTE: The following documentation outlines how to remove an inspection question systemwide so it will no longer be asked on inspection. To learn how to remove an inspection question from a single inspection, click here
From the home screen, click the dropdown arrow in the upper right corner, click Settings
Based on the inspection type you are looking to edit, click the inspection type from the list under Inspection Questions
>>> In this example we will be removing an inspection question from Systems/Assets and see the Systems/Assets question screen below
To remove a question, begin typing the question in the search box, or search for the question via the system, asset, or form drop downs.
When you find the question, click REMOVE next to the question you'd like to remove:
>>> PLEASE NOTE: If a question is removed by mistake you can quickly add the question again by clicking SHOW
>>> PLEASE NOTE: Removing a question removes the question from the inspection report AND the inspection template on the iPad.
>>> PLEASE NOTE: To see questions removed from an already submitted inspection you will need to regenerate the report.
>>> PLEASE NOTE: To see questions removed from the iPad, technicians will need to log out and log back into the iPad.
