Before you can start dispatching inspections and generating reports, you first need to setup a few key items. Let's start with the three items below:
Invite Backend Users
Please note: Once the first user is setup in the backend, they can send the remaining invites. Here is
- From the Settings menu, select Backend Users under User Management
- Select + New User, then enter the Name and Email Address of the new user - The remaining fields are optional
- Select the user role (more info here)
- Save and send invite
Company Settings
Please note: This information prints on the header of your reports
- From the Settings menu on the left sidebar, select the Company Settings option from the Company category
- Add your company information, such as address and phone number
- Upload your logo
- Scroll to the bottom and Update
Set Up Technicians
- From the Settings menu on the left sidebar, select Technicians under the User Management category
- Select + New Technician in the upper right
- Add the technician's full name and create a username and password - The remaining fields are optional so fill in if needed, if you do not use a reference number just leave it blank
