How to add a technician's backflow certification number and tester id

>>> NOTE: Certification number, tester ID, and expiration date auto-populate on backflow reports when added in the backend 

From the home screen, click the Users tab on the left sidebar, then Technicians

Click the technician's username

Scroll down until you see the "Backflow Certifications" section, and click New Backflow Certification

Select the Backflow Type, add the certification number and tester ID number, and set the expiration date

Click Update when done
