How to add technician certification numbers and test kit information

From the home screen, click the Users tab on the left sidebar, then Technicians

Click the technician's username

Scroll down until you see the "Certifications" section, and click Add Certification

Add the certification number in the field

>>>Click Add Certification to add additional certification/license numbers

If you have backflows enabled and need to add backflow certification and test kit information, click New Backflow Certification under Backflow Certifications or New Backflow Test Kit under Backflow Test Kit, select the backflow from Type dropdown, and add the information accordingly

Click Update when done
