From the Dashboard screen, click the Contacts tab on the left sidebar
Locate the customer and click the Customer ID
>>>NOTE: You are only able to set messages and suspend access for customers who have been invited to and have setup Customer Portal
On the Contact page, click Edit Customer Portal Access
Click the "Account Suspended?" checkbox, and type in the "Suspended Message" box the message you'd like your customer to see when they attempt to log into Customer Portal again
Click Update when done
>>> Once setup, your customer will automatically be logged out of their customer portal, and will see the message you set up on the login screen
