You are able to add general visit notes to any inspection in the field. However, if you have a consistent message you'd like to appear regardless of the notes added in field (i.e. the temperature of the building is the owners responsibility) you can set that up in the backend of Inspect Point.
To setup default visit notes, from any screen, click the arrow in the upper right corner of the screen, and select Account Settings from the dropdown
Scroll until you see the Default Visit Notes/Recommendations box
Click into the text box and add the text you'd like to default in the notes/recommendations section of the report

When done click Update
