How to add attachments to a building in the backend

From the Building Detail screen, click the 'Attachments' tab.

Click '+New Attachment'.

Click 'Choose File' and select the file you would like to add into Inspect Point

Give the file a name (helps the technician in the field know what the file is)

• Check 'Is Private' if only the backend should see the attachment
• Check 'Show on Customer Portal' if you would like the attachment to appear in the Customer Portal
• Leave 'Is private' unchecked if you would like the attachment to appear on the iPad

When done click 'Save'
